C# with .NET 4 it is
I have decided the language I want to learn and it shall be C#.
I wan’t to learn something I can use in the future. C# I will be able to use after I graduate and find a job.
I will be using Visual Studio 2010 Express (It’s free),
I already know the basics of C# so that made the decision easier.
